One of the most powerful features of TallyScan is the ability to process invoices automatically as they arrive in your inbox. No more manual uploads.

Here is how you can set up a simple filter in Gmail to forward your bills directly to your TallyScan address:

  1. Find your dedicated address: Go to your TallyScan Dashboard and copy your unique forwarding email (e.g., u-123@tallyscan.com).
  2. Create a filter: In Gmail, click the "Show search options" icon in the search bar.
  3. Define the criteria: In the "Has the words" field, type "invoice OR bill OR statement".
  4. Set the action: Click "Create filter", then check "Forward it to" and add your TallyScan address.
  5. Verify: Google will send a verification email. You can find the verification code right in your TallyScan dashboard under "Recent Verifications".

Once set up, every time a vendor sends you an invoice, it will show up in TallyScan automatically, ready for your review.
